Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Moyou AI (the “Service”), an AI-powered logo generator. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Moyou AI generates logo designs from your input using third-party AI models and delivers them as SVG and PNG files. Generation results are probabilistic: we do not guarantee that any output will meet your expectations, be unique, or be suitable for a particular purpose.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required to consent to data processing in your country.

3. Tokens and payments

• Generating logos consumes tokens. Current token costs are shown in the generator and on the pricing page.
• Purchased tokens are one-time purchases, never expire, and are non-transferable. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Creem.
• Tokens consumed by a failed generation are refunded to your balance automatically.
• By purchasing tokens you request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that, once tokens are spent, you lose your right of withdrawal for the spent portion. Unused token packages may be refunded within 14 days of purchase upon request.

4. Your content and generated logos

You retain all rights to the information you submit (brand names, descriptions, prompts). Rights to generated logos are granted to you as described in the Commercial License. You are responsible for ensuring that the names and content you submit do not infringe third-party rights.

5. Fair use

Use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to circumvent token accounting, or violate that policy.

6. Third-party AI processing

Generation requests (including your brand name, description, and style choices) are processed by third-party AI providers, currently xAI. Their handling of this data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that generated logos are unique, non-infringing, registrable as trademarks, or fit for a particular purpose, and we provide no indemnification for intellectual-property claims arising from your use of generated logos.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
