What to include

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include your account email and a short description of what happened. For generation or billing issues, a link to the affected generation or checkout helps us look things up faster.

Before you write

  • Account & billing: manage your profile and payment methods in Settings. Token purchases and invoices are available through the billing portal.
  • Failed generations: tokens are refunded automatically when a generation fails. Check your token history on the dashboard.
  • Commercial use: see our commercial license page for what you can do with generated logos.
