Legal
Commercial License
Last updated July 4, 2026
This license describes what you may do with logos generated through Moyou AI. It applies to every logo you generate — with free signup tokens or purchased ones — and is part of our Terms of Service.
What you get
To the fullest extent we are able to grant them, all rights in the logos you generate are yours. You may:
- use your logos for any lawful personal or commercial purpose — websites, products, packaging, signage, social media, merchandise, advertising;
- modify, adapt, and create derivatives of them;
- use them in client work and transfer your rights to a client;
- use them without attribution to Moyou AI.
How this works with our AI provider
Logos are generated using xAI’s models. Under xAI’s terms of service, customers retain ownership rights to generated outputs and may use them commercially. We pass those rights through to you in full. Note that xAI may retain certain rights to use inputs and outputs to operate and improve their services, as described in their terms.
Important limitations
- No uniqueness guarantee. AI models can produce similar outputs for similar prompts. We cannot guarantee that a logo — or something close to it — has not been or will not be generated for someone else.
- Trademark clearance is your responsibility. Before building a brand on a generated logo, have a trademark search done in your markets. Whether a specific logo can be registered as a trademark depends on your jurisdiction and its similarity to existing marks.
- Copyright protection may vary. Some jurisdictions (including the United States) limit copyright protection for purely AI-generated works. Your license from us is unaffected, but the degree to which you can enforce rights against third parties may vary by country.
- No indemnification. Neither Moyou AI nor xAI defends or indemnifies you against third-party intellectual-property claims relating to a generated logo. You use generated logos at your own risk.
What you may not do
- claim that Moyou AI or xAI designed the logo by hand or certify it as trademark-cleared;
- use logos in ways that violate our Acceptable Use Policy;
- resell raw generation capacity (selling finished logos or client work is explicitly allowed).
