Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes what you may not do with Moyou AI. It is part of our Terms of Service. We may remove content, refuse generations, or suspend accounts that violate it.

Prohibited content

You may not use the Service to generate logos that:

• infringe someone else’s trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual-property rights — including recreating or closely imitating existing brand logos;
• impersonate a person, brand, or organization you are not authorized to represent;
• promote hate, harassment, or violence against individuals or groups;
• are intended for deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful activities (phishing sites, counterfeit goods, scams);
• contain sexually explicit material or sexualize minors in any form.

Prohibited behavior

• circumventing token accounting, rate limits, or other technical restrictions;
• creating multiple accounts to farm signup bonuses;
• scraping the Service or accessing it with automated tools other than your own browser;
• reselling access to the Service itself (reselling logos you created for clients is fine and expected);
• probing, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts.

Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, removal of generated content, forfeiture of remaining tokens in cases of fraud or abuse, or account termination. We will act proportionally and, where reasonable, contact you first at [email protected].
